Through well-crafted computer animation, the comical adventures of I-Koooand and his guardians depict what can go wrong when rules aren't followed, in a way designed to warn but not frighten. “Oops! I-Kooo!” breaks out of the pattern of existing educational programs which mainly tell kids, “Don‟t do this, don't do that.” That often leads to important messages being ignored of forgotten.
