The adventures of animated hero Ace Hart, a canine private eye who battles the film noir villains of Dog City, and Eliot Shag, a dog, a muppet and - most importantly – the animator who created and controls Ace Hart. Ace is the hero we dream of being; Eliot is the guy who dreamt him up.
