Al Maaa (Baaas) is a TV series about a family that consists of six sheep from three generations - twins Mayez and Meera, along with their parents and grandparents - who live in a cottage on a hillside. In each episode, the members of Al Maa family face a new challenge and overcome it in a cheerful and innovative way. Like most families, Al Maa argue with each other only to bond again when grandpa Costas (who represents the wisdom of the old generation) interferes and finds a way for the family to reconnect. Al Maaa is an explosion of colours and laughter, introducing the young audience to a wide range of musical styles, ranging from opera to rap, which suit the tastes of children.
