Oznoz heads to Kurio kids tablets

Multilingual kids app Oznoz will be pre-loaded and available on all new Kurio kids tablets sold in North America.

In a move to expand its distribution in North America, multilingual kids SVOD platform Oznoz has teamed up with children’s tablet maker Kurio.

Moving forward, all new kid-friendly Kurio tablets from KD Interactive will feature the pre-loaded Oznoz app and its library of multilingual content.

Titles including Sesame Street, Elmo’s World, Babar, Pororo the Little Penguin, Jane and the Dragon and 1001 Nights will be offered in more than 10 languages (like Chinese, Spanish, German, Arabic, Persian and Japanese) for US$9.99 per month.

Kurio launched two new tablets in 2015: The first Windows two-in-one tablet, Kurio Smart, and an updated version of the company’s bestselling Android-powered Kurio Xtreme.

The pocket-sized Xtreme 2 features a suite of parental controls and a protective bumper and kickstand, and comes pre-loaded with games, eBooks, music-streaming apps, TV series, movies and access to Google Play, YouTube Kids, Netflix and Toon Goggles.

The Oznoz deal follows its recent program licensing renewal with Sesame Workshop.
