One way to immerse yourself in Middle Eastern culture is enjoying a type of tea that is prepared frequently in these countries.<\/p>\n<p>Tea culture is not specific to Arabic-speaking nations, but the ingredients used in this recipe are indicative of the culinary staples in these areas. Nana tea translates directly to mint tea in Arabic, and is very simple to prepare from scratch with children of any age. This tea is caffeine free and promotes healthy digestion whilst also boasting an aromatic quality that anyone can enjoy. It is typically consumed after a meal.
