Position Summary
Oznoz.com and Big Bad Boo Studios develop and distribute multilingual products (games, books and cartoons) that teach children different languages and about different cultures. We are a high growth company looking for energetic team players who can positively contribute, have a passion for excellence and appreciate our social objectives.
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with at least 2+ years of experience. This position will support Ecommerce and VOD Operations and will involve office administrative duties, social media duties and various administrative tasks on our platforms such as product entry, testing and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
As Administrative Assistant, you will be the first “face” of the company, taking care of all administrative duties and support, including but not limited to:
- General office management including answering phones, taking messages and greeting visitors
- Managing kitchen and office inventory and supplies
- General assistance in travel and schedule management for executive team
- Invoice management
- Updating and maintaining client reports
- Photocopying, printing and scanning
- Shipping sales materials to various clients
- Assisting in the preparation of screenings, presentations and various cultural or business events
- Assisting in creating marketing collateral, Press Releases and brochures
- Supporting production tasks for studio projects
- Maintaining various production, film festival and marketing files
- Coordinating client documents, content, materials and data tracking
- Assisting in quality control and testing of Oznoz, including web and App testing
- Assisting in customer service support
- Maintaining products on Oznoz, including data entry using our Content Management System

Requirements
- MUST have 2+ years of experience in client-facing office administrative duties or similar, preferably in the children’s animation industry
- MUST have experience with Content Management Systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills
- Experience with Ecommerce software a plus
- Strong computer proficiency including experience with iCal, Mail, MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, Keynote and PowerPoint. Photoshop a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and make decisions
- Detail oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and follow-through skills
- Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible
- Multi-tasker and self-starter who thrives in small, team-oriented environment
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Knowledge of other languages is a PLUS
- College Degree or equivalent
